Great question, and important to clear up: Raemulan Lands Inc. is the property developer — we plan, build, and deliver the homes. Strike Gold Realty is our authorized sales partner, a licensed brokerage operating since 2008 that handles inquiries, site visits, financing paperwork, and turnover. Two separate companies, one combined team taking you from inquiry to move-in.

Is the “no equity, no downpayment” offer real?

Yes. For qualified buyers on selected RFO (Ready-for-Occupancy) units, you can move in without an equity payment or traditional downpayment. The unit goes straight into financing — typically Pag-IBIG or bank — with monthly amortizations starting once you move in. Eligibility depends on your salary, employment status, and credit standing. The form above is the fastest way to find out if you qualify.

What’s the minimum salary I need to qualify?

It varies by unit and project. Some of our most accessible units in Pagsibol Village (Morong, Rizal) accept buyers with a required salary as low as ₱32K–₱34K. Larger or higher-spec units require higher income. When you send us your monthly family salary range in the inquiry form, we’ll match you with units you actually qualify for — no guessing.

We currently develop in three provinces: Cavite (with our office in Dasmariñas), Laguna, and Rizal (including Pagsibol Village in Morong).
