Hello everyone, thank you for joining us.. My name is Daryl Urbanski, your host as always.. And today we are joined by Gleb Tsipursky..

Gleb offers coaching & consulting services for Wise Decision-Making.

He helps people, organizations, and our society as a whole avoid disaster through science-based decision-making and emotional and social intelligence.

He works at the intersection of psychology, behavioral economics, and cognitive neuroscience, applying theoretical frameworks drawn from these fields to historical and political case studies. In simpler terms, his specific research is on effective decision-making, goal achievement, emotional and social intelligence.

He’s published over 25 peer-reviewed articles in academic venues, as well as in a couple of books.

He is currently a tenure-track professor at The Ohio State University in the History of Behavioral Sciences and an active member of the Decision Sciences Collaborative there.

I asked him to come join us here today to help us all understand the decision making process and make better ones for our lives, families and businesses..
