How Mitch Russo Started in the Industry

  • In 1985, Mitch co-founded Timeslips Corp. It grew to become the largest time tracking Software Company in the world. In 1994, Timeslips Corp was sold to Sage, plc.
  • He got involved with Sage. He ran all of their USA operations as CEO. A division with 300 people and a market cap in excess of $100M.
  • In 1989  he was nominated for Inc. Magazine’s “Entrepreneur of the Year”.  He won “Best Entrepreneur” by The National Association of Legal Vendors two times.
  • He joined long time friend Chet Holmes & Tony Robbins to create Business Breakthroughs, Int’l. It's a company serving thousands of businesses a year with coaching services.
  • Mitch was the President and CEO of Business Breakthroughs. It was here working with 2 powerhouse performers he learned the secret of success.
  • But after the early and unfortunate death of Chet, Mitch left Business Breakthroughs. He worked with call centers with large volume lead flow. He helped coaching organizations scale.
